ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
As HR professionals, we spend our days navigating people, pressure, and problems where we often put everyone else's needs ahead of our own. Today, we're going to explore the science behind stress and conflict, uncover why even the best people sometimes react instead of respond. You will leave with practical tools that you can use immediately at work, at home, and in every conversation that matters.
Learning Objectives:

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Tamara Boye is a Human Resources professional, trained mediator, life coach,
entrepreneur, and speaker with more than 15 years of experience helping people and organizations navigate stress and conflict. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland University, certified in Pressure-Free Living, Certified Life Coach and has built her career in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and finance.
In addition to her work in Human Resources, Tamara and her husband are entrepreneurs. Owning and operating small businesses, giving her firsthand insight into challenges faced by executive teams and business leaders. Whether she's speaking to HR professionals, business owners, or community organizations, Tamara delivers relatable, research-backed insights with practical tools audiences can put to work immediately.
She is also the creator of the TRANQL Method, a practical framework that helps professionals understand the connection between stress, nervous system regulation, and conflict so they can respond with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
When she's not working, Tamara enjoys giving back to the communities she cares about. As President of the Board of Directors for the Mediation Center of Greater Green Bay, she is passionate about making conflict resolution less stressful and more accessible while empowering individuals to have healthier, more productive conversations. Her love of speed and motorsports also keeps her busy as Treasurer of the Tri-County Grass Drag Association. In her free time, you'll find Tamara enjoying the outdoors, spending time on the water, or simply relaxing with her husband and their three dogs.
