2025 Green Bay SHRM Workplace Inclusion & Belonging Award
Part of Green Bay SHRM Inclusion and Belonging Committee’s mission is to recognize successful inclusion and belonging (I&B) efforts in the workplace. We want to provide an avenue to recognize organizations and/or companies who foster an inclusive work environment in which all employees are inspired to contribute their best through their different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences
The Workplace Inclusion & Belonging Award, presented by the Green Bay SHRM Inclusion and Belonging Committee, celebrates organizations in the greater Green Bay area that lead by example in fostering inclusive and supportive workplaces. This award recognizes companies of all sizes that actively create environments where employees from diverse backgrounds feel valued and inspired to contribute their best.
Through this recognition, we aim to:
· Celebrate best practices in inclusion and belonging.
· Share innovative ideas with Green Bay SHRM members.
