ABOUT THE SPEAKERS: 

Kanya Olivier is Co-Founder and President of Company Bridge Program, advising CHROs and senior executives on navigating workforce reductions with legal precision, strategic foresight, and organizational integrity. She is a 2025 SHRM Florida 

HR Professional of the Year nominee and author of The Exit Strategy, a newsletter followed by HR executives nationwide and host of After the Cut podcast. Her thought leadership has been published in the HR Florida Newswire.


A nationally recognized speaker, Kanya has addressed SHRM chapters across more than 20 states, delivering sessions on workforce compliance, ethical downsizing, and the reputational risks of mismanaged workforce reductions. Her cross-industry background spanning Construction, Engineering, Technology, and Human Resources, paired with an Economics degree from Florida A&M University, grounds her approach in data-driven organizational strategy.

Ebony Olivier is Co-Founder of Company Bridge Program, where she leads workforce transition solutions for businesses navigating restructuring, layoffs, and organizational change. A certified SHRM Human Resources Professional, Florida Certified Labor Relations Professional, and Certified EEOC Investigator, she brings over a decade of HR expertise to every engagement.

Her work spans reduction transition management, position elimination and reallocation, EEOC compliance, leadership training, and outplacement services. Ebony holds a bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology from Florida State University, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, and Organizational Learning.
