  • Common pitfalls and HR best practices

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Erica joined BayCare Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2018 as a float nurse, where she gained extensive and well-rounded experience across the orthopedic specialty. In 2022, she transitioned into the role of Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, focusing on building a comprehensive Workers' Compensation program for BayCare Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She takes great pride in her work and is a self-proclaimed safety geek as she has seen firsthand how even the most minor injury can impact a worker and the company.
