With over 25 years of talent acquisition leadership experience, Matt Duffy is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting, and hiring high-performing teams. He currently serves as the President of Carex Consulting Group. Specific areas of concentration include recruitment strategy, workforce planning, assessment and selection, metrics, candidate experience, and process design. He is a recognized thought leader in the field of talent acquisition and has been featured as a speaker on various talent acquisition/management topics. He also writes a monthly Labor Market Insights report that provides a thoughtful narrative on the market and trends.

Laura Strickland is a senior leader at Carex Consulting Group, where she loves helping hiring leaders in Northeast Wisconsin solve tough talent challenges and build stronger, smarter recruitment strategies. She's passionate about turning labor market insights into actionable plans, so organizations can find the right people, at the right time, for the right roles. Known for her approachable, collaborative style, Laura works alongside the Carex team to bring a mix of expertise, energy, and a little bit of fun to workforce strategy.
