You will learn that both over confidence and under confidence can lead to a debilitating cycle of negative self-talk and unhealthy mental wellness. Practical strategies will be shared to help navigate stressors and overcome inner criticism, fostering authentic confidence that restores your inner peace. Explore this talent development process that is embraced by hundreds of leaders and influencers regionally, nationally, and globally to advance their impact. This keynote and workshop promise to be inspiring, engaging, and interactive.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Mark Duerwaechter

Mark has been a loyal client and steward of Authentic Confidence since 2018 and has actively utilized his inherent strengths while working to overcome his areas of confidence improvement. In addition, he has successfully led teams and direct reports, and now he guides leaders and teams in both the private and public sector in their own confidence journeys to reach their full potential.

Mark is a seasoned leader with almost 35 years of experience who exudes high levels of energy, compassion, and admiration among his peers. His own challenging upbringing has influenced his career path and now his passion is to nurture personal development, with the aim of creating apositive impact on individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. According to Mark, strong personal connections are the cornerstone of thriving organizations and the key to achieving tangible success. His coaching approach is not only compelling but also serves as a catalyst for individuals to seek transformational opportunities and drive meaningful change. His passion and steadfast dedication to delivering excellence are particularly noteworthy.

Mark's area of expertise lies in implementing the Authentic Confidence Model, which encompasses a range of services such as assessment debriefs, keynote speeches, team-building workshops, and executive coaching sessions. Before joining RISE Leadership, Mark had an impressive 34-year career in the public education sector, serving as a coach, teacher, high school principal, and finally as a Superintendent. Under his leadership, the Kaukauna Area School District experienced one of its most successful tenures, as attested by local media outlets. Mark's ability to establish reliable relationships with his colleagues is not only a strength but also reflects his deeply held values.


MEETING SCHEDULE:

**You will be required to take an assessment and bring it with you to the workshop. The assessment will be sent out the week of the event and will take approximately 10 minutes**
