ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

When you hear continuous improvement (CI) or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) do you automatically think of manufacturing? Do you sometimes struggle to understand how to apply these concepts in HR?

The key to implementing CI/LSS is to make it a game changer for the organization. As instructors, we want students to wonder how they ever survived without these tools and concepts. To do this, we must make the information relatable, interesting, genuine, high-impact, and time sensitive. Learn the RIGHT approach to continuous improvement!

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Katie Labedz is the President/CEO of Learning to Lean, a process improvement consulting firm.  Learning to Lean helps companies to embrace the concepts of continuous improvement, leading to REVOLUTIONARY results through coaching, training and kaizen events.

Katie is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and sought after keynote speaker. She has been practicing Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management concepts for over 20 years. Katie is the epitome of perseverance.
