ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Since the public release of ChatGPT in November 2022, companies have experienced an explosion in interest related to the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. This program will discuss the latest in artificial intelligence applications employers may consider bringing into their businesses, the current and future areas of potential legal liability, and strategies to mitigate those compliance risks.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Jesse Dill is an attorney for Ogletree Deakins Law Firm.

Jesse focuses on single-plaintiff litigation, class and collective matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), state wage and hour laws, and labor relations pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). He has cost-effectively obtained successful judgments, decisions, and resolutions for his clients in a wide array of forums, including federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative hearings before the Equal Rights Division.
