ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Join us for a strategic panel discussion on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our esteemed panelists will delve into crucial topics surrounding diversity in the workplace. The panel will include individuals from three organizations in Northeast Wisconsin who all have extensive DEI backgrounds and successes to share with their organization’s DEI efforts. Attendees will be sure to leave with ideas on best practices on how to foster an inclusive environment for all.
ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Charm Der, MA Ed, PHR, SHRM-CP, CDR
Charm Der is the Founder of Wonder at Work, a boutique People, Culture & Equity consulting and training collective in addition to Get To Gather, a platform designed to help people gather better at work and in their community. Charm is also an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, teaching courses related to inclusive leadership, enhancing workplace culture, and effective communication in multicultural teams.
As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategist, facilitator, and speaker she has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, communication, organizational culture, and the DEI space. She is energized by community activism, helping others to bridge the gap between pre-awareness and persistence in the People, Culture & Equity space, and building the organizational and community cultures where people from all identities and backgrounds thrive.
ABOUT THE PANELISTS
Jenene Calloway – Vice President of Talent Development and Chief Diversity Officer – Schreiber Foods
Jenene Calloway was named Vice President of Talent Development and Chief Diversity Officer in June 2021. She joined Schreiber in 2006 as Human Resource Team Advisor at the former Ravenna, Nebraska, plant. Jenene has held roles within plant HR leadership and corporate training, recruitment, and development teams.
Jenene earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has an advanced degree in Industrial Psychology, both from Missouri State University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Global Leadership from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.
She has earned numerous awards in the community including ATHENA Leadership Award, Wisconsin’s 49 Most Influential Black Leaders, and Future 15 by the Greater Green Bay Chamber.
