ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
At some point all leaders struggle with achieving breakthrough performance – in themselves and their teams. This session will explore a simple framework designed to help ensure that the right priorities are clear to all and that each team member’s contributions are optimized to achieve personal and professional goals.
The HUSTLE framework isn’t simply about driving performance but also helping leaders and team members be fulfilled, energized, focused and achieve the success they strive for.
Dustin will share how he crafted the HUSTLE framework to help himself and started sharing the success with others and seeing the impact it has had.
Attendees will benefit from:
• Learning how to identify and focus on the right priorities
• Getting the most out of teams by adhering to the principles of HUSTLE
• Defining what HUSTLE means for your organization
• Growing into a more effective and productive leader
