ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
In this tight labor market, in the midst of return-to-office issues, retaliation and whistleblower claims under various employment laws are on the rise. Join Tony Steffek of Amundsen Davis' Labor and Employment Team for a discussion of these laws and how you can act, and react, best to protect yourselves and your employers.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Tony Steffek of Amundsen Davis is part of the Labor and Employment team. Tony proactively and reactively assists employers, both big and small, in wading through the various HR-related issues that arise in today’s employment world. Tony helps with issues such as hiring/firing, noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants, disability and ADA issues, FMLA and other leave matters, employee handbook review and revision, sensitive personnel matters and investigations, OSHA compliance, wage and hour issues, and labor negotiations. Reactively, he defends employers against claims brought by current or former employees or their representatives, including claims of discrimination, wage and hour noncompliance, unfair labor practices, etc., and, when necessary, represents employers in efforts to enforce restrictive covenants and other employment-related agreements.
