ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

The number one issue facing most organizations today is finding and retaining great talent. Given the two reasons most organizations struggle with talent recruitment and retention, the participant should be able to identify the core cause of this issue at their organization.

Given the outline of actionable solutions presented, the participant should be able to create a multi-step solution to change processes at their organization that remove the core cause of the issue.

Given the actionable solutions presented, the participant should be able to obtain buy-in from stakeholders and serve as transformational leaders during the change in tactics.
