ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

The number one issue facing most organizations today is finding and retaining great talent. In this interactive and information packed session, Chris Czarnik will explain the two reasons organizations struggle for talent, how to identify which of those are your core issue - and then give you solid, actionable steps on how to go back to work TOMORROW and start solving the problem!

Given the two reasons most organizations struggle with talent recruitment and retention, the participant should be able to identify the core cause of this issue at their organization.

Given the outline of actionable solutions presented, the participant should be able to create a multi-step solution to change processes at their organization that remove the core cause of the issue.

Given the actionable solutions presented, the participant should be able to obtain buy-in from stakeholders and serve as transformational leaders during the change in tactics.
