About the Program: Employers are reviewing their population’s Social Determinants of Health and where they can continue to support their employees and benefits programs. The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated disparities in gender, race and geographical resources/public programs. Rachael and Caroline will discuss a data-driven approach to review your benefits programs in an empathic way taking into account inclusion, diversity and employee wellbeing. This presentation will not only show you why Social Determinants of Health are being broadly discussed by employers and the healthcare industry but how you can use this information for your benefits programs to continue attracting and retaining the best talent for your organization!

Program Objectives:

  • Effect Social Determinants of Health has on your employee’s daily lives, their productivity and engagement
  • Concept of “managing to the many”
  • Using data and reviewing benefits for inclusion, diversity and wellbeing goals
  • Transitioning organizational thinking from equality to equity
  • Establishing measurement strategy to track progress
