ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Janet is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for The QTI Group. Janet is an active member of the Economic Development Grant Manufacturing project team and a board member of the Affiliated Staffing Group, the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services and Guarding Against Cancer.

Janet holds a BA in Communications, minor in Advertising and concentration in PR from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:  

2020 has proven to be a challenging year. With the COVID-19 pandemic, organization leaders find themselves facing unparalleled decisions.  Understanding how businesses are adapting to these uncertainties is critical to success.  Annually, QTI fields a Human Resources Trends survey to identify top HR challenges and solutions faced by area employers.  During this session, Janet Johnson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The QTI Group, will share key findings from QTI’s 2021 HR Trends survey providing you with an insight to your local talent competitors’ attraction and retention strategies, compensation and benefit plans, diversity and inclusion programs, and more.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will be able to learn and identify critical workplace issues which our business communities continue to face during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • In the state of Wisconsin, HR professionals have been significantly challenged. Participants will learn about these challenges and potential solutions. 
  • Participants will learn about Human Resources Trends; through the presentation of survey data result for 2020. This survey data, will cover key issues in the following areas:
  • Local talent competitors’ attraction and retention strategies,
  • Compensation and benefit plans,
  • Diversity and inclusion programs
  • This presentation will provide attendees with an understanding of how businesses are adapting to our uncertain business environment.
