ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Over 90% of employers have a sexual harassment policy in place and most do harassment training of some sort. Yet, last October after the Harvey Weinstein scandal broke, there were 1.7 million tweets in 85 countries using #metoo. Facebook reported 4.5 million users, in a single 24-hour period, posted, commented, or reacted to a post using #metoo. Clearly sexual harassment is alive and well more than 40 years after sex discrimination became illegal.
Join us for this 60-minute discussion and interactive presentation to learn why this problem is more severe and persuasive than we’ve believed. We’ll dissect what’s changed and more importantly what this means to your organization. Finally, we’ll discuss strategies to address and mitigate harassment in the workplace.
Reservation Deadline for this meeting is Monday, May 14th @ 5:00pm
