Position Overview
Romo Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support and enhance our HR operations. This role serves as a key partner in managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and aligned with our company’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values in all HR activities
- Post job openings across multiple platforms and assist with recruitment efforts
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS system
- Administer employee benefits, including preparation of new hire and insurance packets
- Process employee updates such as address changes, status changes, and benefit enrollments
- Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks
- Participate in Safety Committee meetings and support workplace safety initiatives
- Provide general HR support and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of Human Resources preferred
- Experience with Human Resources responsibilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems and data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software

Pay range: $29-$32/hr
