Hello Fellow HR Professionals!
My employer, Newcap, Inc. is a community action, nonprofit that also provides health care services among our many programs. We are comparing our termination - resignation time frames and any consequences, if not met, (these are not contracts) with others’ policies within the medical communities for LPNs, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurse Managers. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
