Recruiting for a Professional Recruiter:

Success is found by first building demand with prospective companies for use of our contingent direct hire recruiting services and second by building supply of the currently employed, professional, passive candidates who our clients are interested in employing. Commonly referred to as a “Head Hunter” our Professional Recruiter’s primary skill sets are: sales / business development, interpersonal communication, inquisitive approach to understanding client’s needs and candidate’s motivations. This is a rewarding position in which you help companies find people and help people advance in their careers. 

Requirements:

2 or more years of hiring manager experience in any industry

Internal motivation and self-direction are critical

Innate selling skills

Both inside sales and outside sales experience are relevant

Familiarity with and professional connections within Brown County, WI

Compensation:

A minimal base wage and high commission structure
