 Description:
The Employment Specialist assists the Organizational Development team in the planning, improvement, and execution of ongoing human resource operations with special emphasis on the employment process, enhancing systems, data management and the coordination of employee training.

The Employment Specialist position will work from the District Office and is a full-time, full-year exempt position. Competitive salary and benefits package offered. Preferred start date is Monday, November 5th, 2018. 

Qualifications: 
Associate’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources or related field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
SHRM or HRCI certification or willingness to obtain.
