In 2022, she transitioned into the role of Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, focusing on building a comprehensive Workers' Compensation program for BayCare Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She takes great pride in her work and is a self-proclaimed safety geek as she has seen firsthand how even the most minor injury can impact a worker and the company.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font&gt;Erica is an active member of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance Safety Task Force and the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation, where she collaborates with industry professionals to advance safety culture and best practices.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
