The City’s Workplace Culture Specialist has responsibility for a variety of duties which include championing a positive workplace culture by assisting department heads in developing and integrating diversity goals and strategies; assisting with the implementation of the City’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) and developing and fostering effective working relationships with key stakeholders, community groups, key external diversity organizations and City departments to foster collaboration.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Sociology or a related field and 3 years related professional experience in a similar role. Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or other related diversity certification preferred.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter; possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships within all levels of the organization.
Salary: $59,384–$64,563 plus excellent benefits. Enjoy a summer schedule with Friday afternoons off and remote work options!
