The City of De Pere has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team! This exciting role will profoundly impact our City by recruiting and hiring high-quality talent to fill a wide array of occupations that serve our community: from police officers, mechanics, and foresters, to nurses, attorneys, firefighters, office staff, and so much more. 1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. Two years of recruiting experience.
3. Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking system is desirable.
A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
Salary: Starting salary is $53,497 - $61,110 based on qualifications. The City of De Pere rewards employees for exceptional work performance with a pay for performance incentive program. Employees may be awarded a salary increase, bonus, or paid-time off for exceptional work performance.
