Current Board Members

Sarah Campillo

President:  Sarah is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Double Major in Business and Mathematics.  She started off after college working for Schneider in various capacities and locations for 12 years, but mainly in the recruiting and talent acquisition space.  She developed an award-winning College Recruiting Program that spanned 3 countries and over 100 interns over six summers at Schneider.  During that time, she also took on the TECH Recruiter at Schneider.  In July 2020, Sarah transitioned to lead the talent acquisition efforts at Heartland Business Systems as the Talent Acquisition Manager establishing a strong recruitment strategy, co-leading and developing the DEI Team, as well as developing a strong award-winning intern program strategy.  Sarah has been a member of GBSHRM, Current, and recently served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Association of Colleges and Employers (WI-ACE) as the Marketing and Communications Chair, Conference Co-Planning Chair, President -Elect, President, and now Past President duties. Sarah also has completed her SourceCon Academy Certification as well as Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) and will be tackling her Diversity Recruiter Certification (DRC) this August.  Sarah resides in Green Bay with her husband, two daughters, and puppy. She is an avid Packers and Marquette Gold Eagles Basketball fan and loves to cook, bake, and read on the side.

Ian Weide

President Elect:  Ian Weide is a Sr. Business Development Partner with SEEK Careers/Staffing and hold a CSP certification. He studied at Cochise College in the flight program where he obtained his pilot’s license and was finishing up his commercial license when September 11th, 2001 happened. That event turned him in a new direction. After school, he entered the service industry and worked the next ten plus years in restaurants going through each level of management and managing up to 130 people. This gave him great respect for the HR aspect of things as he was hiring, firing, coaching, counseling, and everything in between. After leaving the restaurant industry, Ian started his sales career at Pacific Seafood where he managed teams of merchandisers and a personal book of business of over 25 million. Ian moved his family back to Wisconsin about four years ago from the Seattle area because they wanted to be closer to family. He feels that his experience working for SEEK has made him uniquely suited for this role due to his sales experience and his connections across so many industries in the area.  He truly believes that the SHRM community provides many great partnerships, and he would love to be a part of helping them all succeed.


Jennesa Johnston

Membership: Jennesa is the Senior Director of Human Resources at the largest resort in Door County, the Landmark Resort. She has been in the human resources field since 2013 having worked in manufacturing, healthcare and now hospitality. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree double majoring in Human Development and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. She currently is serving as the Conference Planning Co- Chair for Wisconsin Association of Colleges and Employers (WI-ACE). Jennesa is also a very active member within the Northeast Wisconsin Red Cross chapter. Jennesa resides in Egg Harbor with her husband and two pups. She is an avid Packer & Brewer fan, loves to read, camp, visit local hot spots in Door County, cook, bake and coach softball. 


Becki Murphy, SHRM-CP

Treasurer: Becki Murphy is the Human Resource Generalist with Taylor LTD. She has worked in Human Resource positions since 2012, including roles as Human Resource Director and various internships. She earned her certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2018. She has been a local SHRM Chapter member since 2015 and previously volunteered to be a facilitator for the Green Bay Chapter certification study group.  She received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Management from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where she also served as a Chair Member of their Student SHRM Chapter.


Becca May, SHRM-CP

Professional Development:  Becca is a Benefits Analyst at Schreiber Foods Inc., where she reviews and analyzes employee benefits plans and total rewards packages. She graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Human Resource Management in 2022. Throughout her time at St. Norbert College, Becca was the Total Rewards Intern at Schreiber Foods Inc., and recently served as Human Resources Generalist at Hawkins Ash CPAs. During her final semester at SNC she pursued and attained her SHRM-CP.


Jill Lemke, SHRM-CP

Communication/Secretary: Jill has worked in employee benefits for the last 21 years. After seven years with Benefit Advantage, she began working for the Bay Family of Companies. Jill managed a self-funded medical plan, expanded their benefits package, and implemented/organized their nationwide Health Risk Assessments. She also managed their ADA compliance, FML, and worked closely with safety on all Workers Compensation Claims. In 2019, Jill began working at Elevate97, a marketing and fulfillment company as their People Experience Specialist with a focus on employee benefits and employee engagement. In 2023, Jill took a position with Associated Bank as their Senior Benefits Analyst going back to her root of employee benefits. Jill has previously served on Boards for the East Side Youth Baseball Organization and New Leaf Foods, both as Director of Communications and Social Media.


Candace Watters, SHRM-CP

Marketing & Community Relations: Candace has been employed at Schneider as a Human Resource Business Partner since 2022. Having worked in the manufacturing realm for mid to large-sized organizations for over 9 years, she is very familiar and experienced with developing and coaching leaders, building a strong network of trusted relationships, motivating and inspiring her team to achieve improved results, and fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusivity. In 2020, Candace earned her Master’s Degree from Concordia University with a dual concentration in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Rasmussen University in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development and an Associate’s Degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Human Resources Management. Candace is also certified through SHRM with her SHRM-CP designation. In Candace’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys camping, hiking, participating in a variety of sports (soccer, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball), renovating their home, gardening, or catching up on reading one of her many books.


Danielle Dale SHRM-CP

Programming:  Danielle is currently a Human Resources Manager at KI in Bonduel, WI. She has worked in various HR positions since 2013 including roles as a Recruiter and HR Generalist. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in Business Administration and recently graduated with her Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane Law School.


Annie Goffard, SHRM-CP

Past President:  Annie is an HR Manager at Carnivore Meat Company and uses her wide-range of experiences, charismatic heart, and deep-sense of loyalty to serve in the HR realm.  After attaining her Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Annie was a finance manager before operating a certified home daycare for several years. She then joined a nonprofit as a bookkeeper and executive assistant where she also managed HR responsibilities and became highly skilled in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, benefit administration, and compliance. After gaining her SHRM certification in 2017 and experience with organizational strategic planning, she felt her diverse skillset would be best utilized in a full-fledged HR role.  Annie joined Carnivore Meat Company in 2019 as an HR Generalist. Using her experience as a parent as well as a past daycare provider, Annie understands many of the challenges employees face, making her approach in human resources unique. Annie has been a member of GBSHRM since 2018.
